Green Little Inca Pancakes

1 Green Little Inca Pouch

200g cooked quinoa

100g wholemeal spelled flour

3 tbsp flaxseed (crushed)

3 tbsp garden herbs (e.g. mint, thyme, sage, chives, basil)

Rapeseed oil for frying

👉 Mix 3 tablespoons of flaxseed with 6 tablespoons of water and leave to soak for a few minutes

👉 Add the remaining ingredients and mix together so that a thick dough is formed

👉 Fry the dough in eight parts with a little rapeseed oil

Tip: The pancakes taste great with a yogurt beetroot dip 🤤
